a) Conflict is an opportunity means for shifting towards a better outcome rather than a lukewarm (or worse) one. Our way of dealing with conflict and toleration of it could vary between situations controlling us or being able to use it to imprint a vision to engage our co-workers. This concept is brewed through two things: Vulnerability & Curiosity. The first deals with personal feelings in a workplace environment while the latter is owning personal judgements and learning other perspectives to approach a scenario (rather than keeping to an opinionated hubris). Overall, Conflict is a means of potentially continous energization for any given workplace regardless of being front-line or higher-up.
